Quality Control

Quality is the life of an enterprise, the foundation of brand loyalty, and the fundamental guarantee of the interests of customers. Huaxing always adheres to the idea of “quality based survival, and management based profits”. In 2001 the company took the lead in passing the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System certification; adhering to the quality policy of "pursuing world-class product quality, to meet all-round customer needs”, the company has established the continuously improved product quality control system, production process management system, and measurement assurance system. At the same time, being customer-centered, Huaxing established a quality after-sales service system by making use of information technology, to receive customer complaints and quality feedback and advices, and implement a full range of considerate services for customers, laying a good foundation for branding.
 
 
In order to build a "resource-saving and environmentally-friendly” modern enterprise, in 2006, in accordance with ISO14001: 2000 international standards, Huaxing established an environmental management system, and passed the certification of China Quality Certification Center, so that all production and business activities of the company comply with environmental laws and regulations and customer requirements. The environmental policy of “energy saving, clean production, law abiding operation, harmonious development" has been rooted in the hearts of every employee, further enhancing the brand reputation of Huaxing.
 
 
In response to the development of rail trains, our company obtained the RIS (International Railway Industry Standard) certificate in 2014. IRIS was formulated by the European Railway Industries (UNIFE) which are strongly advocated and supported by the four system manufacturers (Bombardier, Siemens, Alcatel Stone and AnsaldoBreda). IRIS is developed based on the quality standard ISO 9001, which is the expansion of the latter. It is specifically for the railway industry to assess its management system. IRIS aims to improve the entire supply chain, and improve the product quality and reliability, laying a good foundation for the related products of our company.
