Fujian Yilian nickel-iron alloy submerged arc furnace copper water jacket

The project was EPC by Sinosteel Jilin Electro-Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., and the project was invested by Taiwan E United Group, which will construct four 36MVA ferronickel furnace located at Ningde city, and 2 of them had been into production. It is the first time,the copper cooling equipment of furnace body was applied drilling-welding copper cooling panel from Shantou Huaxing, which is performance very well. The new designed copper cooling panel adopted oxygen-free copper slab as the body material, whose heat-conducting property is much better than casting material. Due to the cooling channel is formed by drilling, eliminate the fusion problem between copper pipe and copper body during buried pipe casting process. And the drilling-welding design can reduce the thickness of copper body and reduce the cost of material.
