Copper heat shield
Copper heat shield body is made of forged pure copper slab. Thermal conductivity is >380W/(m•K), which is 25 times greater than stainless steel slab. Excellent thermal conductivity and cooling capacity, with good heat insulation effect. Direct deep-drilling is applied for cooling channel, with few welding joint, to prevent from leakage occurred on stainless steel heat shield and ensure long working life.

 

Copper pressure ring
Pressure ring body is made of forged micro-alloy copper slab, offering 6.5 time stronger creep resistance than that of pure copper in high temperature. It ensures a long and effective working life. Heat conductivity is larger than 372W/(m•K), providing high heat-conducting property and great cooling performance. High machining accuracy. Each segment is machined by compression moulding and CNC process to ensure positive sealing and interchangeable mounting into the ring. Easy installation and removable. When installation, only tapping the tapered wedge clamp can gather up each segment radically and fix and lock them into an entire circle. When remove, only a crowbar and lifting equipments can separated and remove the segments. Sealing material may be inserted in the seal groove at lower part of the pressure ring, forming the positive sealing with contact shoe, to prevent smoke leakage. Bellow hydraulic unit can be easily installed.

 

Contact shoe
Contact shoe body is made of forged pure copper plate or micro-alloy copper slab. No casting defect and with high strength. Excellent electrical conductivity (>98%IACS) and thermal conductivity property (>380W/(m•K)). Special deep drilling is applied for cooling channel, offering great cooling performance. Apply CNC machining to ensure high accuracy. Good connection between contact shoe and electrode. Uniform conductivity and not easy for arc strike. Normal working life can be over 5 years.

 

Copper bustube riser
Its material is drawing pure copper bar. It has excellent electrical conductivity (>98%IACS) and good electrical performance. Thermal  conductivity is >380W/(m•K), with excellent thermal conductivity and cooling effect, and high current carrying capacity. It has accurate dimension and is very easy for installation on site.

 

Copper furnace roof
Copper furnace roof body is made of forged pure copper slab. The whole furnace roof structure is modular construction to facilitate the assembly.
Heat conductivity is >380W/(m•K), which is about 25 times greater than that of stainless steel slab. Excellent thermal conductivity and cooling effect. With the refractory material installed in the dovetailed groove on hot face and good heat insulation effect, the temperature of roof top area can be reduced to improve the operation condition. Reliable and safe operation, free from the leakage occurred in tradition furnace roof and to reduce the furnace shut down time.

 

Copper bottom ring
Copper bottom ring body is made of forged oxygen free copper slab with uniform and high density, without casting defect but with excellent mechanical property. Good thermal conductivity and cooling effect. As the cooling channel is formed by deep drilled directly, thus without air gap thermal resistance resulted by cast-in piping. Great cooling capacity thus improves the heat insulation effect. High machining accuracy, each segment is machined by compression moulding and CNC process to ensure positive sealing and interchangeable mounting into the ring.


Copper gas-off takes
Excellent mechanical property. Copper gas-off takes body is made from a whole piece of forged oxygen free copper ingot with uniform and high density and excellent mechanical property. The thermal conductivity is >380W/(m•K), which is about 25 times greater than that of stainless steel slab, with good cooling effect. Few weld joint, low welding stress.
Cooling channel is using overlapped holes type, in comparison with the cooling channel with round holes, it has two advantages:
1.Greater heat-transfer capability, in comparison with the round holes, the heat-transfer capability of overlapped holes improves 14.11%, and with much more even cooling;
2.Reduction of body thickness, saving copper material, decrease of purchase cost. Long service life, reliable and safe operation, free from the leakage occurred in tradition gas-off takes and to reduce the furnace shut down time.

 

Copper slag launder 
Copper slag launder body is made of forged oxygen free copper slab with uniform and high density, without casting defect but with excellent mechanical property. Good thermal conductivity and cooling effect. As the cooling channel is formed by deep drilled directly, the air gap thermal resistance is avoided, and thus improves the heat insulation effect. Adopts the CNC machining to ensure high accuracy.

 

Copper taphole block
Copper taphole block body is made of forged pure copper slab with high density and without casting defect but with high strength. Such material has excellent electrical conductivity(>98%IACS)and thermal conductivity (>381.8W/mk). As the cooling channel is formed by deep drilled directly with overlapped hole type, thus the air gap thermal resistance is avoided, and the surface of cooling channel is smooth and with great cooling capacity.
